I had to collect the parcel from my nearest Co-op as I was out when it was delivered. The delivery company obviously hadn't noted where it was to be left in the event of me not being at home.
The products which I've had before are excellent but for future reference, it would be useful for the delivery company to be made aware of the safe place in which to leave parcels. Thank you.

Prompt delivery aside, which it was, the product, Swanfoam, was and is essential to the ongoing recovery from the excrutiating pain caused by lymphoedema. It provides a firm base for the foot [heel] which is the only way, in addition to pain-killing drugs, I am able to walk [shuffle] about with reduced and sometimes pain-free mobility.

I was happy with my order process so have no improvements to suggest. I would however say that the product was great. I was given one by my podiatrist, but then ordered some similar but cheap ones from ***. Big mistake. They were very bulky, and although they did the job, they spread the toes so far apart that my shoes hurt. The cheap ones are tempting, but get what you pay for.

Bought this gel for my elderly Dad ,as he always has cold feet .He has tried many lotions and potions but was glad to hear that it works well after applying to feet,leave and when dry put clean socks on and you feet and nice and warm .Would definitely recommend .

I still have not received my order. I emailed you to ask for details about the delivery as I had not received the order and I have not even received a response to this. If there is a justifiable delay, all well and good, but to receive no response at all is not acceptable.
