Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items ordered from our website within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. If you would like to return an item, please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If you are returning an item, it remains your responsibility until received by Feetlife. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will cover the return postage cost. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
How to Return an Item:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@feetlife.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: We’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Pack & Post: Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please include your order number in the parcel.
4. Send to: Feetlife, FAS Healthcare Ltd, Riverside Court, Stoney Battery Road, Huddersfield, HD1 4TW
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. Approved returns will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know when you contact us. You will be responsible for the return postage cost for the item you wish to exchange. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.
Return Shipping
If your item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent, we will cover the cost of return postage. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
