The Dancer Pad is designed to relieve pressure under the big toe and ball of the foot.
The self-adhesive gel pad is applied directly to the foot to protect the big toe joint and cushion the ball of the foot. After use the gel pad should be washed, it will regain its stickiness and can be reused.

used in my exercise class and they worked very well.
To ease thinning of the ball of the feet
I cannot recommend this product for the reason I have already stated. It does what it said it would do, i.e. it sticks well to the foot and does not slip BUT it injured my foot as I removed it.
Great product even if I don’t dance now!!
Very good quality. I would think maybe using them in your shoes as opposed to directly on your foot may give them a longer life as they do get quite dirty.
