All orders are dispatched within 7 working days (subject to stock). Orders are sent by first class post. Delivery charges are detailed prior to confirming the order. By submitting the order you are agreeing to pay the Deliver and Packaging charge.
If you are returning a damaged or defective item for an exchange, please notify us at info@feetlife.co.uk and we will ship the replacement to you at our expense, via the same method you selected when you placed your order. Please pack the return items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of your invoice/receipt and a brief note of the reason for return. Generally, exchanges are processed within 7 working days from the time we receive the returned item. If the item that you wish replaced is not in stock, we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the item and the associated delivery costs.
If you receive an item that you did not order, or if the product you receive is not as you expected. You may return it within 14 days from date sent by us, for a refund as long as the product has not been opened and the seal is still intact and the packaging is still in tact.
Please notify us at info@feetlife.co.uk, return the item undamaged and we will issue you a full refund for the cost item and the associated cost of the delivery but not handling and packaging.
Please enclose a copy of the documentation (Invoice/Receipt) with your return. Please include a brief note of the reason for return.
