If you have heal pain from plantar fasciitis then get these - I originally had a set sent via NHS and they are brilliant (and i've spent well over £100 in orthotics to find the right thing) - I do also use a gel heal insole on top for extra protection - they feel a bit strange to start with, but I have these in all day at work and don't suffer like I used to.

These are the best insoles o have ever had. I have tried them all!
Purchased to supplement one set of inserts already obtained from a different source, at significantly lower price, and identical manufacturer. I saved at least £50 per pair (two pairs purchased).
My husband is walking better.
