As the foot hits the ground the Shock Absorption properties in the heel of the PhysioDynamic Insole alleviate pressure on the heel, and reduce stress on the joints, tendons and muscles. The foam material has a remarkable ability to return to it's original shape with each stride ensuring optimal shock absorption.

The base of the insole has a microporous membrane which absorbs perspiration and prevents hot, sweaty feet, infection and unpleasant odour.

The extra thin black textile that comes in contact with the foot provides additional comfort and quick drys the insole.

The insoles are very long lasting.
