Our aim is to pick and pack all orders received by 12pm Mon to Fri (excluding bank holidays and holiday shutdowns) ready to be despatched the same day.

Smaller items are sent via Royal mail post, whilst larger packages will be sent via one of our secure couriers.

Our objective is to always provide an excellent, secure, and efficient service and UK mainland items are generally delivered within 2 - 3 days and in many cases next day.

Goods that are delivered outside of the UK mainland are likely to have a longer delivery period to accomodate the courier service used.

Please notify us at info@feetlife.co.uk, return the item undamaged and we will issue you a full refund for the cost item and the associated cost of the delivery but not handling and packaging.

Please enclose a copy of the documentation (invoice/receipt) with your return and include a brief note of the reason for return.
